"We contacted Marcelo Xavier about having our floors refinished. He came the next day to appraise the situation and within 24 hours had a work-up and an estimate for us. He is professional and courteous. We could not be there for the work, so he was on his own. He e-mailed us pictures as the work progressed and called us to reassure us that all was going well. Rolled with the changes I requested to the color choices agreeably, kindly and with understanding. Offered to come back if I found anything I needed changed or fixed. Cleaned up thoughtfully. I felt safe with them and knew I could trust them Very nice people! Highly recommend!"
