"They came out promptly and seem to have implemented an effective solution for getting rats under control"

"They called me up right after creating a home project on home advisor. Friendly customer service on the phone and excellent service by the technician who came out to perform the pest control application. We will continue to use this company!"

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"Jovany Maldonado does an amazing job has been our pest control agent for several years goes the xtra mile to take care of our pest control needs would highly recommend him and his company"

"I'm very thankful I called Ace Ventura pest and wildlife control. I knew I was hearing something scratching in my bedroom closet, I just didn't know what it was nor how bad it was. Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. He was on time and called me 15 minutes prior to arrival. He set me a 2 week follow up right away to check back. It's been awesome to solve my issues. Thank you Ace Ventura."

"Very professional and helpful staff. Learned a lot about bats from them. I recommend them very highly."

"An unanticipated extra expense, but they removed all attic insulation and pumped in new insulation with 3X the protection. Closed up all possible entrances into house; made three trips. So far, no signs of these pests, but they say call anytime if I see signs. I'm moving and I can't -- with good conscience -- sell this house to others knowing it had rodents, although it didn't seem to bother the people I bought the house from."

"This guy is awesome.. he got rid of my pest his first try - I had been trying for a week and was just feeding him. He also gave suggestions on preventing them from coming into the house and he called and checked up on the progress. Awesome service and well worth the money!"

"United Air Temp was able to procure a replacement furnace controller board in a couple of days and Zachary was out within 4 days of the initial visit. The furnace now works very well."
