Cary was extremely professional- took his time looking at all pieces of our house and understanding our needs. He was quick to respond and very thorough in his explanations. "They did a good job but they're very expensive for what they're doing. They try to send the same person every time or the second person which is fine with me. I like that. Other people should shop around to see if they can get a better deal. They had problems with what the schedule is. They're pretty much on time. I called them to set-up an appointment and I still haven't heard back from them."
