From estimating to the actual cleaning they were courteous, careful and friendly. They carefully considered each carpet area differently depending on the age and material. (polyester, wool, etc) And they were very careful with our house—corner protectors for their hoses, and watchful of painted walls. They really know what they're doing and the price was so reasonable! In the past, too much soap and the wrong type of soap was used and left a residue which picked up dirt. John was able to remove a lot of this residue and it helped the appearance of my carpeting.The cost was higher than I anticipated, but i received a much better job than on previous cleanings.
