"I had a project done by re-floor, kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, master bedroom, walk-in closet with the luxury vinyl planks, and it looks absolutely wonderful. The entire process was very professional and easy. They moved my heavy furniture, washer and dryer. Put everything right back in place cleaned up behind themselves. No mess was left whatsoever. They worked with my schedule many different options to pick from. The sales representative that came to my home was very knowledgeable. Matt Denison answered all my questions walk me through the process of the contact leading up to the day of the installation is very professional, so I had no surprises, and the installers were top rate, Matthew and his helper Alan I would highly recommend requesting them if you’re in the Indianapolis area, their attention to detail and explaining to me, and showing me what they were doing through the process was more than I expected and they were very respectful to me and my home."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Very customer friendly and reasonable. Would highly recommend [family business]."

"J and M Interior Exterior LLC. Was an amazing company to work with when installing my new black vinyl chain link fence. Jamie Thompson was down to earth, patient, and trustworthy to work with. He assisted me with filling out my HOA application for approval of the install and also assisted me with answering all of my questions I had. Their pricing was affordable for what I was looking to get accomplished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future looking to get a fence installed."

"The salesman did not exam the floors to tell us that the product we would like could not be installed without some subfloor prep. The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."

"He got the job done for the price quoted and it looked great. Carl"

"The service was impeccable! They walked me through everything they were planning to do and did not try to overcharge me. They did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan to have them come back in the future for other projects that I have!"
