The gentleman who showed up, Ryan, was very professional looking, explained exactly what he would be doing, and provided information about what to expect over the next couple of days based on the life cycle and behavior of hornets. Besides how great this company was in handling my problem, their price was much better than expected. Besides handling insects, they also are experienced in rodent control. Should another need arise in the future I will definitely be calling Black Hawk."

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
