"I took advantage of their special offer on camera scoping of my sewer line, and boy did I learn a LOT! That is, my sewer line runs to the alley, not the street, and it has some failure and partial blockage. VERY fortunate am I to discover that BEFORE there's a serious problem! That will save me literally thousands of dollars. Otherwise, the appointment process, and both the automated notifications and the calls from the tech, are VERY convenient and helpful. I was not at all uninformed or inconvenienced at any time. The two technicians were efficient, informative, and 100% professional. I wish I'd used them for other jobs in the past, but I'm planning on using them again! BTW, they also came over in 2019 to check a leak in my main water line, and although I didn't hire them for that (wound up fixing it myself), they kindly referred me to a leak detection firm which got me on the right path. Can't thank Hope Plumbing enough."

"I cannot thank them enough. My husband and I woke up at 3:30am on Friday to get ready for my foot surgery, after my shower the toilets clogged and nothing would drain, my husband knew exactly what the issue was - the septic tank was full and needed pumped and/or there was a clog.  Knowing I wouldn't be able to walk after surgery I was freaking out about not having a restroom in the house. My husband called a friend that recommended them and it was the best thing that could have happened! They came out within hours, when we didn't even think we were going to get anyone out last minute on Friday.  They found the tank promptly and emptied it (eeew), replaced the lid and yard that had to be dug up (very minimal area).  We tested that the toilets flushed and it worked perfectly.  Being that we had never emptied it in the 7 years that we have had the house I don't plan on needing this exact service, but they will be my go to company for any other service they offer.  We were also pleased with the price!  Thanks guys for saving the day :)"

"Really excellent company to work with. They performed a big project for us last year replacing several feet of our exterior sewer line and installing a new HVAC unit. They had to put the HVAC unit on top of ground that had been previously completely dug up for the sewer line. A year later the HVAC unit had started to sink in on an angle. I messaged them about it and within a couple days they were here and lifted the unit back up and put rock underneath to keep it from sinking again. Really appreciated their quick response and the effort to help with that. It wasn't their fault erosion happened, but they clearly take pride in their work. Much appreciated! Can't recommend this company highly enough."
