"The T&P valve failed on our water heater on New Year's Eve, and Aaron was out to fix it in 45 minutes. He did a great job, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg despite the holiday visit. I'm now looking around for more projects for these guys to do, I'm very pleased."

"We have had Norris Family Plumbing do several plumbing jobs, as well as the tankless water heater installation! We used them for walk in shower in our master bath and new tub and surround in the guest bath! All jobs were done very professionally ! Mike is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing ,honest and dependable! He took great care in removing the old tub and shower surround and never entered the house without first putting on booties over his work boots! I very much appreciated the respect he showed for keeping my house clean while performing all that demo !"

"It went extremely well. The technician was professional and thorough. He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"Really excellent company to work with. They performed a big project for us last year replacing several feet of our exterior sewer line and installing a new HVAC unit. They had to put the HVAC unit on top of ground that had been previously completely dug up for the sewer line. A year later the HVAC unit had started to sink in on an angle. I messaged them about it and within a couple days they were here and lifted the unit back up and put rock underneath to keep it from sinking again. Really appreciated their quick response and the effort to help with that. It wasn't their fault erosion happened, but they clearly take pride in their work. Much appreciated! Can't recommend this company highly enough."
