"Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install."

"I was extremely impressed with the very fine service I recieved from J.E.S. Foundation Repair, Salem, Va. They installed a French drain behind my house and across a portion of my yard in Oct. 2021. They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. The crew called ahead when they were on the way and arrived right on time and also finished the job on time. "CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."

"Chris told me exactly how it would go and that it would take about 4 hours. Well he and his co-worker finished in about 2-1/2 hours, cleaned-up and hauled all boxes and old equipment off. Very professional, knowledgeable in a lot of different areas, and punctual (shows-up on-time or calls to explain why he can't be there i.e. weather). I would definitely hire this service(s) again."

"Overall it was a pretty good experience as everything I wanted done, got done. Original talks with the “chat” function led me to purchasing a bunch of recommended items for my install. Once my full day electrician Dan had arrived, about 90 min passed the blocked time due to an additional service call he was scheduled for which had some issues, he immediately identified what I was informed to purchase was incorrect and got me on track and where we needed to be. He also mentioned my planned job would normally be a day and a half or two day event. This job was installing a sub panel in my shed to include running 180+ feet of thick 6/3 UF wire from the house panel to the shed. Providing dedicated circuits for my pool pump, French drain sump pump, and power for inside the shed to use for my tools and a shop light as well. I did help for the entire day and he really appreciated my hard work which made this a one day Job. I Couldn’t be happier with the work Dan performed and the Knowledge he has. Would have appreciated a little more accurate initial chat support so I didn’t have to make so many Lowe's trips, specifically the wire, which the correct wire was 4x the cost of the “suggested” wire. Final thoughts. If someone books a Full Day Electrician appointment, that assigned electrician, should not be taking service calls as he has a full day appointment scheduled. That’s poor Business planning and makes the electrician look bad if he’s not at the “blocked” call time. Dan made the event flat out awesome. Friendly, professional, and most of all a really hard worker. Super happy with the work he did and most of all, we got everything finished in one session like I planned for. Jason Nelson"
