"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! We were so pleased with their work and we highly recommend Jesus and his crew! We have even reached out to Jesus to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters! I would definitely hire Jesus again!"

"Paul does great work, no doubt about it. You don't realize how bad most siding jobs are until you see one down well - like American Siding did for me. Several years later, and the siding looks the same as it did when installed. My neighbor had siding put on his house at the same time I had my cottages done, and the siding is already buckled and coming off in places. You get what you pay for."

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."

"They were fast, efficient, and CLEAN. Very professional. Work was really well done- biggest problem is that the part of the ceiling they installed is so much nicer than the part that wasn't affected by the flood. Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable.

"Everything was done very well; removal of old sunroom materials, installation of new wall and roof over additional roof area. All wood work was very well done, installation of new glass and new structural roof! All done well. Exception was the new roof! Here the interfacing of new roof with existing roof was not done well. All the construction was completed at end - literally in last week of 2015; all seemed well for first winter of 2016, then in spring of 2016 the roof began leaking at or near the interface of new with the existing roof. I called Mr. Bart Scesney, the Senior Design Consultant , overseeing the project and reported the leak. He promised a fix. Then through the summer of 2016 the leak seemed to resolve itself but with return of winter the roof leaked through the winter of 2016 -2017. I called Mr. Scesney again and again received a promise of a repair; nothing happened. Again in winter of 2017-2018 leaks occurred, again I called with the same null response. Finally in the fall of 2018 I sent an email to Mr. Scesney with a copy to the President of TRS, Mr. Joe Henley. Again a promise of a repair but no response. Thus, this complaint to Angie's list and the same to the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a formal legal proceeding to sue the company for the cost of an urgent repair. Really hate to take this action because all other aspects of the work was so well done. But I must stop the leak; I have a cathedral ceiling and as a result a leak comes directly into my home."
