"Jason and his team did an extraordinary job on our 100-year old floors. The pine floors are gleaming and perfect in every detail - amazing because they showed a lot of wear beforehand. In addition, the corners are perfect, and they left no dust behind at all. An amazing job, very reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with."

"Quick, professional, and on time. Got the job fine sooner than expected. Great quality. Would hire again and recommend."

"Could not have asked for better more professional workmanship. Serge and Nick were always on time and worked from the moment that arrived to the moment they left. When the left the room was clean and Serge was good about explaining what had been done and what they would be doing the next day.The room looks fantastic; better than i ever would have expected. I will definitely hire them back again for our next remodeling project."

"I was amazed how quickly they removed the roof and had the new roof in on the same day. Left the jobsite relatively clean, though I am still finding roofing nails here and there. They used a rolling magnet at cleanup, but it missed a few. Very satisfied with the job overall and would recommend this company to friends."

"Wonderful! Phil and Company to the rescue. This job was not an emergency but definitely a high priority. L & L Contracting provided quality work at an extremely reasonable price, I had 5 estimates done. They were straight forward in scheduling, prompt, and professional in conduct. I''m an extremely happy camper and I'd definitely use their services again."
