"After calling around to several providers, I chose Perry Hall because they gave me a repair quote instead of trying to push an entire siding job for my rental property. I needed the job done quickly as there was a huge snow storm coming at the end of the week.  Gary scheduled the repair for the day that the storm was predicted to come in.  Naturally, I was worried that they would not get the job done before we got hit with the 3 feet of snow coming that evening.  To my surprise & delight the job was completed prior to the bad weather.  Also, they were able to match the siding so close that it is hard to tell where the replacement was put. That was lucky for me since the original siding was put on back in 1996. "My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."
