He was responsive to all my inquiries and was available sooner and with a better price than anyone else we contacted. He is a one man show, learned his craft from his father and takes pride in a job well done. The seams in the laminate are virtually invisible. We thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home and I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"We hired then to do a fairly involved renovation of our kitchen. Working with Lina and her team was a joy. She helped us to define and then refine the vision were trying to create in our new kitchen. The Scope of work included removing the existing countertop and backsplash. From there they removed and replaced the cabinet doors. After an amazingly through prep process, they painted the cabinets better then new. They installed all new Quartz countertops, along with an incredible backsplash. To complete the project they installed the new appliances and under mount sink. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time and worked long days to insure the project moved forward in a timely manner. Any issues that arose were dealt with in a professional and timely manner as well. I recommend Pdx Custom Woodwork very highly and will use them again on future projects."

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"We were able to find a remnant for two bathroom countertops. We called on Friday for an appointment to get the template measurements and they were able to come within the hour due to a cancellation. The countertops were installed on the following Tuesday. Jose and Rene are very good at their job."

"We took several bids to remodel our kitchen and one bathroom. At the start of the process, we only had a vague idea that we wanted both updated, without any firm ideas. We really didn't realize what could be done with either room. Charles had a competitive estimate (which was on the mark), but we selected him based on his ideas of what we could do with the bathroom. He basically gutted both rooms, including knocking out walls, taking other walls back, replacing all cabinets, moving lights, installing new countertops, and flooring. The results are fantastic. The craftsmanship and quality of material and work are top notch. For the bathroom, Charles suggested what he calls a 'Japanese style' shower and bath. Our bathroom is medium sized, but by moving a wall, he was able to install a deep soaking tub at the back of a full size shower. The entire area was tiled using a porcelain ceramic tile, that I would highly recommend. He replaced the vanity with cherry cabinets and quartz countertops, and added a set of shelves that sits on the countertop between two sinks. Because of limited space, he had a cabinet for towels built into the wall, so that it butted up against the drywall on the hallway. This gives a deeper cabinet by using the space where the wall studs go. The kitchen was just as dramatic. He removed one short wall, took out a built in pantry, removed soffits, and had another wall taken back about four feet. The old cabinets were replaced with cherry and quartz that matched the bath. The backsplash and floors were done using the same type of tile as the bath, just with a slightly different look. Because we had walls removed, the kitchen now linked directly with our dining room. As a result, the flooring that we picked for the kitchen now met up with the dining room tile (travertine) that we had. We thought it would look better if the kitchen tile continued through into the dining room. In the middle of the work, we asked Charles for a bid on tiling the dining room. At the very least, we wanted to buy the tile now, so that we would know that we could match it. Charles came back with a very reasonable estimate, and was able to add that work to our project. IKEA, Lowes, Home Depot associates were all disinterested, and not informative. Private contractors we met were not reliable, even in the planning stage. When I contacted PNWC, Peter Schraner, the owner, returned my call within hours, and they have been the answer to questions we didn't even know enough to ask. I can't praise this company, enough. Haley designed our new kitchen with artistry and attention to how we actually use our kitchen. She was kind, thorough, and endlessly patient. Peter was on top of every detail - when we picked out appliances and countertops, he or Haley went with us, to answer questions and guide us. At the beginning of the work, we got a schedule listing the plan for each day, and they stuck to the schedule. The entire final week was labeled "touch-ups", and they finished 3 days early. Peter e-mailed me a progress report and photos every day. Mike supervised the work, and we trusted him completely. You could ask him anything - again with the endless patience. At one point, a new door to the deck had to be removed overnight to be painted. Cesar created a temporary door that was nicer then the original one that was being replaced. Every PNWC crew member did stunning work, and the attention to detail blew us away. At night, they left the work site immaculate. My husband and I stood in the kitchen each evening and marveled at how it came along. The finished kitchen is stunning, modern, and beautifully constructed. This company has our highest recommendation!"

"I have a 1959 ranch home which was last painted 13 to 14 years. I hired Bernard Painting for the job. The owner, Brad, came over walked through what was possible and what was needed. He suggested what color trim and door would work with the body color. I received an extensive bid with lots of details covering exactly what they would do and why. The bid included repairs to siding and fascia boards plus enhancing a beam and post with cedar on my front porch. The work took 3 full days. The crew was professional and friendly. They were respectful to me and my property. They did an excellent job. Brad came on site each day to check the work and provide direction. He has an eagle eye so missed nothing. Brad and his crew lead, Willy, answered all my questions and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The job was expensive but top quality and addressed various issues that needed to be corrected and repairs. The house looks wonderful and I'm very happy,"
