"John L. was THE BEST! In working to swap our over-oven microwave/fan for a hood vent he was tireless in being sure it was done perfectly. The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town."

"John came at the scheduled appointment time, did a coupe door test runs, and then slightly adjusted driving unit force. That was it! Now it works almost like a brand new unit! He didn't even ask me to pay anything saying that no real work had been done. He took some time going with me over options I have to install a new door opener when the old one will start failing. He sounded very professional not trying to talk me into expensive deals and suggested only units that would suit my needs.
