"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There was an issue with it and I got a refund for it. I called them and they said they had already come when I wasn't home. They said they inspected it and I needed all this repair work. There wasn't any evidence that they had been there to inspect my roof. You would have to get up on a ladder and there was no sign they had been there. The gutters hadn't been touched. I didn't believe they had actually been there. I felt they were selling me a package that they could sell to anybody. I didn't feel like I got anything for the purchase so I got a refund for it. They didn't do what they claimed they did."

They came out, and when they started digging in my roof, they basically said it was a lot more expensive than it was, and so, I had them stopped working. I liked their price initially, but I disliked the fact that he came out and did an assessment; his assessment was not exactly accurate what he said the work was, and it turned out much more expensive than what he originally quoted. So, basically I fired him from the job. I did not end up paying for anything. I think they were pretty responsive and professional.  "

"I was not home when the work was performed and have not climbed up on the roof to inspect their work. However, water does not gush down the side of the house when it rains so I guess they did a good job. IO was told they would call when the job was finished but have not heard from them. 
There was no sign they had been to the house, which is good. Another service I've used left heavy bags of wet leaves for me to put out for the trash.
