"Better for us than for the raccoons! Colin trapped four of them on the roof or next to the house. He repaired the roof damage and sealed all the entrance and exit holes. Then he and his people spent two days removing all the contaminated insulation in the attic, scrubbed it down, and replaced it with new insulation. During the whole process, they took pictures so I could see the situation up close. They disposed of everything, including the raccoons, and cleaned up after themselves. The work took place over a period of time in April - the attic restoration was done in May."

"Working with Paul and his team was a good experience from start to finish. They know blown insulation in and out and are very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They did a great job. My only caveat is that they are not particularly familiar with fiberglass insulation installation. Instead of attaching it inside of the rafters, it was attached to the outside, making it difficult to wall over the top of. Other than that tiny frustration- they were extremely fair and honest in their time and work. Great guys!"

"Had the whole house insulated in 2016. Just found out that there is now mold in the attic. Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. Now I'm faced with a major repair bill of $3000 to eliminate the mold. Plus, to make matters worse, my utility bill did not go down very much after having this done. Only thing I can say is that the house is more comfortable. So beware if you use this company and make sure they install the insulation into your attic correctly!"
