And we were 100% fixed. They even caulked the solvent welded new pipe fittings to add extra protection from future tree root damage. I avoided the full house-to-street tractor trenching done by my neighbors. I felt treated like FAMILY by all from ZOOM DRAIN! I thought their pricing was more than fair for the work involved. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"
