Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. Craig showed up promptly on the day day and time of our appointment, and my wife and I were immediately impressed and comfortable with his warmth and knowledge! He did this not to frighten or pressure us, but being informative about the reason for for the presence of the mold! "The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."
