"I called To have 2 trees treated for scales. I explained they just treated my neighbors trees and I needed the same thing. They sold me a tree and shrub package, which seemed like a good deal and they said it would take care of the problem. However after the first treatment they wanted more money to treat the scales. They should have told me that upfront Since they knew exactly what they had to do for my neighbor. I think it was pretty shady doing that to me. The rep argued back and forth numerous times over email with me and refused to refund my money for the treatment because he says I still got benefit. How did I get benefit if I still have the problem that I called for them to resolve ?? I had to buy the stuff myself to treat my trees and I’m still out the money they took to NOT solve my problem. Not a company I want to do business with."

Rain One, Inc. was founded in 1991 and began with only a few employees. Through hard work, late nights and perserverance, the company has grown to more than 20 employees and thousands of customers currently. The family bond of the employees at Rain One is nearly as strong as their customer's attitudes and faith when entrusting the company to do work for them on an annual basis. "Fantastic job by Rain One. I had to have all new pipes put in from my house to the street. There were numerous bushes and plants to navigate but they did a fantastic job. They also use a sod machine so that when they are finished they can put the grass back and you don't have big lines of dirt. My neighbor recently had the same work done by another contractor and they didn't do this so they had to patch the grass and it looked bad all summer. Their crew also worked very hard and was very polite. I highly recommend Rain One."
