Another week or two went by with no contact. I decided to call one day and get an update and was told they would be out that very day to do the work. Taking into account the age of the heater, I chose to replace heater (16+ years old). I had received a quote for water heater and labor when I made the service appointment so I knew the cost for this up front. Ball valve leading to water heater was leaking so replaced that also. Everything went well."
