"AWESOME....I hate that word because it has been overused and diluted by of that overuse, but my experience today with Brad and Wesley was just that awesome. I put out a message on Sunday afternoon concerning what I needed and Brad was one of several who responded. He said he would call me on Monday, which he did. After that he was at my home in about an hour. He and Wesley came out and looked my project over, gave me what I considered a very fair estimate and said that they would be here at 7:30 this morning. He had to stop at Lowes to get something and was kind enough to say he would be a few minutes late. They got here and got started when I left for about an hour an a half. I came home to find them progressing very well and their work looked so good that I felt I was on HGTV. My concrete patio had been expanded with pavers. When I first saw their work, I saw just what I had envisioned in my mind. I really am impressed, by their ability to produce results at such a high level in such a short period of time. I might also add that I have never met either of these two gentlemen so this evaluation is completely unbiased. 1. Professional 2.Dedicated to Perfection 3.Work Neatly Done in a Timely Manner. "I had three metal roofs done on mobile homes. The job was completed with no bumps in the road. The sales manager Edwin was professional and explained things in detail. I didn't know what to expect but he was there from start to finish and even inspected project when completed. I felt we left as friends and defiantly will be doing other projects and promoting this company."

"We were initially Very happy with the work All-State Exteriors did on our roof this summer after some wind and rain damage caused leaking in our home. We experienced additional leakage after they had completed the roof and answered in a timely manner to repair the vents in our bathroom causing the leak. While initially doing the work on our roof, two of the guys asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof jack, but we don't have an attic because it is a modular home and there is no access panel to the piping they accidentally pulled apart. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. This should have been a red flag to us. As we enter the winter months, we turned on our furnace and it isn't working right.we call an HVAC company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. When we tell him we had, he looks at the roof jack and tells us that there are definitely issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a representative who we had worked with when we had the first issue after installation and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and replace the roof jack. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same representative to let him know the piping is fine and the representative says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof jack. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the representative to confirm he was still coming out. This representative then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the manager calls my husband explained the situation and the manager asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the manager told my husband he would talk it over with the initial representative and call back. We are going on 4 days of using space heaters and no solution while the manager "talks it out with the workers because they are saying that didn't happen". Well, the manager called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof jack we will install it because my guy said that did not happen". My husband and I were both home when the installation was done and both know that there were 2 men looking to get in the attic because of accidentally pulling out the roof jack. I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it. Don't put that burden on your customer who trusted your company to do the work and not mess with anything else. I am highly disappointed in how this situation is being handled after a great first impression"

"Robert and Tommy were very responsive and they’re dealings with us. Our insurance offered to pay for the metal parts of our roof but not the shingles. Robert went to bat for us and was able to get our entire roof covered. Whenever we called with questions or concerns, one of them came right out to address our concerns. You don’t see that too often these days and we definitely appreciated it!"

"We purchased a home in 2019 with a roof that Feazel put on in 2015. The roof has leaked repeatedly in multiple spots. A few years ago their Service Manager came to our home and told us they would replace one section of the roof for free. After a few months, we inquired about the plan and were told they had decided to go a different direction - do nothing except do repairs as needed. We've had multiple new and repeat leaks every year. That same Service Manager recently came to our home and introduced himself as if we had never met ! He said that Feazel had repaired the roof 3 times or more every single year since 2015. He said the roof wasn't leaking but that this was all attic condensation running through our ceilings. Hmmm. Strange that there is wood damage in the exterior eaves/soffits where some of the leaks have been - where there is NO attic space - and that our interior leaks only occur while it is raining! My PhD in Fluid Dynamics informs this University Professor differently!"
