"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. "I got quotes for a hard scape project. The AQ quote came in right on par with other quotes for the same job, but turned out to be way too expensive for me to fund entirely. But Ana and team worked with me to pull off the most crucial portion of the project that I could afford. The result is beautiful - a wonderful parking strip curb made of pavers set in a concrete foundation.
