One thing that I didn't realized was that although they don't do gutter work, they subcontract with people who does gutters. Gutter cost also came in lower than my previous gutter bid. Overall, I am very happy with North Creek Roofing and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"We were told we needed to have some bricks on our chimney replaced from a couple other masonry folks. I called Chris to get a quote for the work. When he arrived he explained why that would be a waste of money because the design of the chimney was the problem. Instead Chris suggested we do a few things to extend the life of our chimney for another 5-10 years (with detailed instructions so we could do the work) and replace the full chimney after that with a design that fits or Northwest climate. "Overall the replacement went well and since the roof was replaced in December, it was immediately subjected to rain and snow the next week for a good test. I would definetly recommend Pinnacle Roofing for roof replacement projects. The estimate process was fairly quick and price given by Pinnacle for what they wanted to do was very good as well compared to other bids we have. There were cheaper alternatives but usually scope of work was smaller. Note that Pinnacle is also a certified CertainTeed installer. In any case given reviews both here and in other places regarding how they well handle issues afterwards, we decided to go with Pinnacle. Since we were doing the replacement in December, I expected delays and short notices on date changes due to weather. Fortunately there was a week of dry weather where they were able to complete the job. Crew left the jobsite relatively clean each day and they did a complete sweep at the end of the work, they also removed larger debris from crawlspace when I asked for it. The only issue after the installation was a bad ceiling fan connection which they fixed promptly after letting them now. Ricky, our contact during installation, has been especially responsive to my calls."
