"I guess I caught them on them on a bad day. 90% of the job was good, there was a couple of areas that to my view was just sloppy. Josh did come back twice to correct the areas of concern. He was mostly prompt and polite in answering my emails, though one day I stayed home because I was told he would show up, but did not, nor did he let me know he was held up. Clean up was so-so, they used an air blower, there was metal trimmings left on the deck, not good for the dogs. For me there was too much aggravation to hire them again."

The technician checked it out and the scheduler set up an appointment to do the repair. The technician removed the damaged section of siding and replaced it with a new piece. The fit is perfect and the dimensions of the replacement piece matched perfectly with the original siding. He painted the repaired section and now you can't see where the repair was done. Perfect job. This repair was done quickly and everything cleaned up. Very courteous."

After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work. "The work quality was excellent and the team did a great job. We had requested a quote and spoken with Richard a year prior to hiring and he was understanding when we had an emergency and couldn't move forward initially. A year later and Richard came back out to refresh his memory and verify everything, speaking with my wife and I about the process and options. We booked for Jan 2020 and the crew (Alcindor & Miguel) worked hard in the cold weather and let us know when they'd need to pause for snow. They did a great job and completed the whole shebang (remove old aluminum siding, replace insulation, sheath the whole house, new siding, replace a window, and paint the front door inside and out) in just 2 weeks. The fixed a few problems we didn't know we had (front deck ledger was installed wrong, no fascia on roof) without charging extra. Richard came back out afterward to check the work and spotted 1 minor mistake that they came back out and fixed on their own initiative. We're really happy with the work and it was good to see them doing the same to our neighbor's house up the way!"
