"He did not address the fact that it wasn't heating. He had to come back again. He fixed it for $200. I never got a receipt from him. So I won't be calling him again. Because this is a rental property, for my taxes, I needed a receipt, which I did not get. On 21st of December I wrote, "Need repair on something that drives the power because the motor will not run the engine so it is not heating." Then he said, "nobody ever told me that."
