I had a Samsung dryer that was not heating. They suggested I have filter cleaned, which I did but problem persisted. Called back and was able to get service person out the next day. Marcus (service tech) was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. He was polite and professional and I was comfortable discussing my options (repair, replace, think about it).
