From our initial contact to our first meeting to the job start and up through job completion, Phil was always professional, knowledgable, courteous and--actually unusually punctual for his industry. Overall, I would give the experience 4.5-5 stars due to some minor product mismatch which was really out of Phil's control and some minor cleanup issues he will probably resolve-but I have every reason to believe most jobs this company does are 5 or even SIX stars.
