"My experience was excellent. I called for service on the morning of Christmas Eve trying to find someone to perform a follow-up service to Spire. Spire had been out, indicated they had found 2 leaks, that there were possibly others but unsure, and stated that the furnace would be checked. When I called ALLN1 I was given all my options, including referring me back to Spire (which would have meant a loss in revenue for the company). Despite having an existing appointment, because of my concern and sticky situation (I live out of town and my tenants who were older were without gas — so no heat during a cold spell — and no immediate solution in sight) he arranged for someone else to go out and look, do a preliminary assessment, and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get me a solution (he was even on the phone to the gas company with me to better understand the problem). Due to timing, my tenants were able to find someone to do the work. However, I was prepared to hire Mr. Love and will absolutely hire him for any additional work that I need. He was honest, spent a significant amount of time with his team spent trying to fix my problem, without pay. My tenants had a pleasant experience with them and indicated they would welcome having him come back to do any needed repairs. I encountered a number of unprofessional people while looking for service to deal with my emergency, at a time of year, and during a year when I expected better; ALLN1 was a rarity"

"The guys from Haines Drains were very polite and professional. They and did an awesome job removing roots from my sewer line and verified their work with a camera. They then followed up with steam cleaning and chemical treatment to prevent future root growth. Would highly recommend this company!"

Some item that were on my inspection report for my new home were things that there was no issue with. They weren’t focusing on their profit but on were looking at was it something that absolutely had to be. Very refresh. Had worked done this morning, they came in and finished within two hours. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."

"We joined Angies list because we were having a hard time finding a company that could come out in a emergency. After wading through the list of contractors, trying to find one that was available, we called this company. The on call guy answered right away and was very friendly. He was at our door in about two hours and went right to work. (Pretty impressive for 9 at night on a friday.) He figured out that the main sewer line going to the septic tank was clogged. After about a hour of snaking he was able to unclog the pipe. What was really impressive is how well he protected our home from the nasty mess that came out of the pipe. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again for all of our plumbing needs."
