He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. "Poor communication by Carlos several times with myself and his crew, resulting in no show and delays. Crew showed up without a level and tape measure for a shower door install. Water left running outside, hit wiring and knocked out power to part of the house, discovered after they had left on a Saturday. Gil the tile mason, Lou and Brune the plumbing crew did great work. I would not however hire Carlos (Roberts Home and Yard Improvement) again for the 2 other larger projects planned in the next few months."
