"We started with another company back in July 2025. That company was horrible!! We tried to work with them and they still couldn’t get it right after three crews.this went on for about 6 months. My wife and I decided that we had enough of them and we ended up hiring American Weather Tech .To make a long story short. Mynor and his crew performed a miracle, they are highly skilled!!! Our house looks amazing. American Weather Tech, I found to be very ethical and took pride in their work. They were very efficient in every way. Worth every penny! The difference between these two companies is night and day!!! The first picture is from HGE. The second picture is from American Weather Tech. They knocked it out of the park. We probably have one of the nicest houses on our street. The main reason I went with them was of Tim W. He was so kind helping my wife through this nightmare, even before we signed with them. "After several ridiculous estimates from other roofers, we decided on United Roofing Systems. Thomas was such an inspiration compared to all the others. He presented a full description of the materials to be used and all the details of how the job would be done. The crew showed up half an hour early, moved our patio furniture out of the way to protect it, and then went to work. They all worked in sync, all constantly moving, polite and well mannered. Such a great team. Our roof was done that same day and all the debris was completely cleared away before they left. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

The gentleman from Haubner came out and assessed the issue, devised a plan, and repaired the problem. No more leaks that were ruining my outside and inside walls. "This repair was not easy to diagnose but Shawn who was sent out did not give up found the problem and fixed it. The leak was several years after the roof was installed and the leak was small. Turns out the water was leaking between the shingle and the plywood so not visible from the attic . Great company and response to my problem . Thank you tony and Shawn."
