"The whole process went very smoothly. It seemed daunting to me so I had been putting off having my roof inspected and repaired for a LOONG time. With the new hail season approaching, I could no longer do that. Andrew was a Godsend. He knew the whole process and helped us with it throughout, coordinating between my insurance company and my mortgage company. HOA, Town permits... and ourselves. You name it, they did it. Andrew scheduled the work to be completed in 1 day, as the weather was finicky and the work had to be done in between storms. The crew arrived early in the morning, worked furiously through the day and were done in the evening. They took care of the cleaning and I did not even need to dust my patio afterwards. Who knew you could find good customer service in this day and age! The roof looks great, and it already went through a small new hailstorm and still looks great. "DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE! If you are within 50 miles of COS, don't go with any other person. If you are further out, ask them if they will come to your house. I had one "roofing" company tell me "you have a stucco problem" when my roof was leaking. MANY companies said "we're too busy to do repairs". JB Masters responded same day as I called and left a message, was VERY responsive throughout the repair, and had the repair completed within a few days. They know what they are doing, they will talk to you and explain the issues and their resolution, and will charge you a very fair price. Did I mention how responsive they were? Don't go anywhere else - don't waste your time and money. I'm in Canon City, and they came from COS two days in a row just for a repair. I'm extremely satisfied and will call them again next time I need work."
