"Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. "Back room looks beautiful! During demo, room was sealed off from rest of the house to keep dust and debris contained. Tom and Eric always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day. Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! The price was very reasonable and approximate date was end of May 2015."

"Tri and his team constructed a 12’x30’ roof deck with composite decking and a pressure treated base—a complicated project given my location on a one-way street in the city. The deck is beautiful, the price was fair, and the construction team was professional, respectful, and responsive throughout the project. They were able to complete the project before the estimated completion date. This is mostly due to the fact that they worked past 5pm on multiple occasions, and worked over a long holiday weekend. They’re work ethic was impressive to say the least. I have already recommended Tri and his team to close friends, and will certainly consider using Tri on any and all future projects."

I would definitely recommend them for any sort of remodeling work. We had a complete tear down and rebuild of two bathrooms, with the addition of a shower in one. Everything worked out well. They also tiled the floor in our kitchen and took care of some wall reconstruction in our laundry area."
