"Our realtor referred us to Sanders and Sons for critical repair of the brick around our foundation. We were merely looking for a functional result but Tim and his team made sure our brickwork looked beautiful. Could not have been happier with the process, communication, or the result. Would highly recommend Sanders and Sons!"

"They did everything we asked of them and superseded our expectations. I’d recommend them to anyone"

"We hired A & R Contracting for a master bedroom closet renovation. They removed the old, outdated, ventilated wire shelving and installed new, custom-built loading shelves. They built the shelves off-site to help with the project efficiency. They did a beautiful job. Not to mention, they are very good working with the many surprises that come with the terrain of a 1930's home where nothing is plumb. Everything had to be customized to fit properly. They worked tirelessly to ensure I was satisfied with all the details of the shelving unit, such as building lips on the shelving edges, down to the quarter round molding. I really appreciated their professionalism and collaboration around the project details. They strive for the highest quality and take great pride in their work. They are very reasonable and their goal is to get the job done right. They have a strong work ethic and stand by their work. They have also installed both interior and exterior doors for us. Both were challenging projects due to house nuances. I highly recommend them."

"Nix 1 did an amazing job with enclosing my patio and now I have a sunroom that will serve as an office space that I have needed for quite some time now. They truly turned my dream into a reality that far exceeded my expectations. I was amazed at how efficient and professional they were, as well as organized, thorough, and detail oriented. The quality of their work was exceptional and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. In fact, my neighbors (who watched them work from the side lines) have been equally impressed and haven’t stopped commenting on the quality of their work and how nice my new addition looks. I would highly recommend Nix 1 Construction to anyone and without a doubt would hire them again should I have another need in the future."
