"The whole process was seamless and excellent. After calling, the owner came out, inspected our roof, made recommendations for replacement, and supplied us with sample shingles. Once we made our decision, he sent us a detailed estimate. When we accepted the proposal and arranged a date, he came back and covered all the attic contents with tarps, protecting them from debris. The work was completed in two days and cleanup was very thorough. He returned to remove the tarps and canvassed the perimeter for debris, especially nails and tacks. Invoice sent promptly, without any alterations. Highly recommend"

Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter.
