I was referred to Artisan by a local building supply company sales rep, who had a glowing opinion of them. I selected Artisan for the job because they were certified with CertainTeed and were able to direct me to an actual example of what the installed shingles would look like. I was impressed by how quickly I was issued a quote at a fair price with an attractive pricing structure. I was also impressed by the meticulous attention to details noticed by their sales rep who visited to issue and explain the quote. The Artisan team was uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. My 4000 square foot roof was replaced in one day and on the date it was scheduled for."

"The whole process was seamless and excellent. After calling, the owner came out, inspected our roof, made recommendations for replacement, and supplied us with sample shingles. Once we made our decision, he sent us a detailed estimate. When we accepted the proposal and arranged a date, he came back and covered all the attic contents with tarps, protecting them from debris. The work was completed in two days and cleanup was very thorough. He returned to remove the tarps and canvassed the perimeter for debris, especially nails and tacks. Invoice sent promptly, without any alterations. Highly recommend"

He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. "Our friends were amazed that we had the full replacement cost of our roof reimbursed by our insurance company! If we had not engaged Signature to work with us and our insurance company, we may have paid less but we would not have been fully reimbursed for the cost of the very expensive roof of our large historic home in Concord. Signature Exteriors coordinated the replacement of the shingle and flat roof of the main house as well as the detached shingles on the garage roof. It took over 6 months from when we first contacted Signature to when the roofers actually came because of the back and forth dialogue with the insurance company. However, when they did come, despite several major storms in the Spring, they moved fairly quickly to complete the job. We would recommend that clients with extensive landscaping around their homes consider having roofing work done in the winter when there is less chance that their plants are impacted. We did have some collateral damage to our shrubs and flowers from the debris, and Signature offered to reimburse for the damage but most of the damage was superficial. We especially liked working with Jen and Michael, the gutter subcontractor. She was very professional and he was very efficient."
