Of $300 for a part that I went and bought for $20 at Lowes and to be clear that did not include the labor fee. Disappointed that same contractor was also on the list for Angie. However, Chris came out to give me a quote and he did a fabulous job and saved the today. Skilled knowledgeable professional and completely open and fair with pricing and labor. "Super smooth transaction and repair. Jeremy was the only garage door company to give me a quote via text which I appreciated very much. Several other companies didn't want to tell me a price over the phone and wanted to send someone out for a fee. That didn't sound right to me. Jeremy was prompt for the service call, spent about 45 minutes replacing the springs, and the cost was exactly what he told me it would be. Can't get any easier or better than that.
