"We had noises coming from the chimney and sounded like a small animal inside. Que came out and inspected all areas or the chimney and found that it was sealed with no entrance. Ended up being a squirrel up top of the chimney screen making the noise, sending the vibrations down to the bottom. He showed me the pictures to show everything was clear and closed off. He didn't try to sell me on anything we didn't need. They also texted on their way and showed up when they said they would. Polite and professional. "

"Phil came out to check out the roof and damage done by the squirrel. Found the damage immediately, assessed the damage, set up a trap and advised me of the procedures followed by the company. He advised me that their company was not set up to do the repairs on the roof due to the specific construction at the point of entry. I felt good about his honesty. Phil advised my handyman the situation and what he had found. The squirrel was caught within several hours. I advised Phil of the success and he sent out a driver to pick up the squirrel and set another trap in case there were additional intruders. No more showed up, they picked up the empty trap. I was amazed at the ridiculous pricing quoted me by other pest control companies. A1 was by far the most reasonable; they were happy to share their knowledge, pleasant and professional."
