"I hired Kleyner Bravo to paint one room to see his quality, at his request. If I could give Kleyner Bravo and Kinko Construction a negative star rating I would. His quality of work is terrible. He's all talk. Buyer beware. His painters painted grout in several places on a new tile job. In one day, he and his crew set me back weeks if not months with the problems he says he was going to resolve and yet, he created even more additional problems. He drove through my grass and damaged a sprinkler head. This after just having my yard aerated and seeded two weeks ago. He was unapologetic and defensive about all the things I brought to his attention. He is very unprofessional and clearly does not take the quality of his work seriously. He took doors off hinges and did not replace them. He took plantation shutters off windows and did not put them back before he left. He took recessed lights out of the ceiling and did not put them back. Honestly, I paint better than his painters. I strongly advise not to hire Kleyner Bravo nor his company Kinka Construction unless you want to have unnecessary drama and you want to get cheated on a home project. Even the guy who referred Kleyner Bravo to me is embarrassed by how bad a job Kleyner did. Do not use Kleyner Bravo for anything you care about. He will ruin it, not give you your money back and never apologize for his screw-ups. He is the most unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with. And that is saying a lot. I will be posting a few photos of the things he messed up. For the record, I gave Kleyner Bravo several chances to make things right, yet he hung up on me would not answer texts messages nor calls from me or the gentleman who referred him to me. That alone speaks to his unprofessionalism and poor quality of work. My advice...stay away from Kleyner Bravo and Kinko Construction."
