"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

He diagnosed the issue told me what part was needed and told me where I could get it to save some money. Got the part and he installed it and verified everything was working correctly with no leaks of water or natural gas. "All the above jobs at different schedules were done very well. Tim continues to demonstrate quality job on all my projects. The first time that I encountered Tim was when he installed a new boiler at our rental property. The job was done right; did a clean job in installing; tested all the steam registers in all the apartment units to make sure that they were all working right and tested the boiler to be working right. I was then very impressed with his first job for me. From there on, I asked for him specifically in doing my other projects. "Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."

"They did a great job, very efficient. Mauricio inspected each of the lights before installing and found one to be defective. The internal wires were stripped and not safe. We felt very lucky that he had inspected before installing. We were able to get another light fixture that he later installed and were able to prevent a possible fire from that light fixture. <br /> We originally asked just for the lighting installation. After talking, we discovered that he and his crew did so much more. They do room additions, fences, remodeling, home inspections, etc. We kept adding projects (since it is a new home for us) and he was always willing to tackle anything we requested. "After several internet searches for contractors that could assess and correct foundation drainage issues, I discovered the Peters Group. Chris was remarkably responsive to come out and look at my property within a few days of me contacting him. He discussed that installing some corrugated drain pipes and two French drains would correct the identified drainage issue. Chris provided a quote and was hired. He began work a few weeks later. My property was such that all work hand to be manually "hand trenched" using shovels. After the first day of the two day project, there were heavy rains that night. Chris's work fixed the primary problem that I had hired him for, but with the heavy rains, an additional drainage problem was discovered. Chris quickly responded by ordering additional materials and expanded his scope of work to include this new area. So, on his second and final day of work, Chris completed the initial project and also completed the additional work. Chris Peters represents the very definition of "professional". He is responsive and takes personal pride in his work and satisfying the customer. I am eagerly awaiting for the next downpours so that I can admire my new drainage system. Chris offers a full warranty of his work, so, I have no worries. ".From the first call they made me feel comfortable. The salesman Doug set a date and keep it.  Doug came out looked at my basement, give me two choices told me about each in detailed. Gave me my free estimate and no pressure thanked me for having him in my home and to let him know what I thought.  Four days later another company called the day before our meeting and said he could give me estimate over the phone if I could describle what was happening. His bid was $9000.00 with out seeing the job.  Americrawl bid was $1500 and $1206. I went with the $1500and a appointment was set. In the meantime My husband and I had to take down some removable walls in doing so we found that years ago the system the were going to do was already done to a point. I called Doug and told him that I thought maybe the job won't be as big as first thought. Doug had me send him pictures of the area. Turn out was right , but the appointment was keep and instead of 30' of pipe they only had to do 10'. The three men that came covered the area the floor all the way to door, and cleaned up you would have not known they were even here. I ever had anthing leak again I will call Americrawl. Also my bill will be adjusted do to the difference in pipe. They didn't even say anything about the bill I had to ask. <br />"

"They got in touch with the insurance company and told them this one that I had was too old and rusty and I needed a new one. The insurance company gave them no flack. They went and bought it and put it in. The installation went really well for me. The insurance company sends the plumbers, but if I had to pay myself I still would use them."

"The test kit came promptly. We prepared it, sent it back, and received the report the next week. The report itself was quite limited, and not nearly as in depth as the annual report filed by our municipal water company. We expected more detail and were disappointed."
