"I called the 800 number and they were able to schedule me for a date and time that was convenient to me. I was scheduled for 1-4, and they showed up promptly at 1:00. Not only was the truck emblazoned with the company logo, the men identified themselves and presented their paper work as identification. Upon entering the house they took care to cover their shoes. The cleaned the entire house (11 areas) in about an hours, which included applying their deodorizing treatment.  As I have 2 cats, who do mark the carpets, I was very pleased with the results, which eliminated all of the odors in the carpeting.  In addition, not only did the carpets smell clean, they were obviously clean, especially as I have light color carpets.  In addition, the nap was brought back up, which make the pattern more visible again. "On 27-JAN-2021 we had 7 Pillars Carpet Cleaning perform the trifecta of cleaning projects in our East Side Louisville home. Lonnie (owner) and his team performed some much needed carpet repair and stretching, followed by carpet cleaning and HVAC air duct cleaning. This team worked hard all day in our home performing very professional work. The 7 Pillars team was very respectful of our home and furniture. They had very professional equipment that was used in an expert way to completely clean our home. We observed the 7 Pillars team working together for a very effective result. We appreciated the excellent job they performed and would have them back for additional services in the near future. A significant amount of work was performed for a fair price."

"All work was completed on schedule, workers were on time, worked very clean, and did extremely professional work - the countertops look much better than they ever did before. After the job was completed, I was informed that the total bill was $750, which was due to 1.5 hours of work over the initial estimate. I expressed my frustration, explaining that it was my understanding that the work was being billed by the job. There were no unexpected difficulties, so I did not expect the final bill to be any different than the initial estimate. <br /> Kristin was very patient and professional, explaining that the work was billed as a service call, and that I was being charged for the total number of hours in my home. On the estimate, one hour of work was quoted, which she admitted was too few hours for the job. <br /> I do not believe the estimate was intentionally low in order to get the job. I think this was a simple case of miscommunication - they understood this the work was to be billed by the hour, I understood it was billed by the job. "Of the six or eight companies from which I received quotes, Armored Floors was the ONLY one that actually provided references, even though three others said they would. I spoke to two high-end contractors and one private-residence customer and all three raved about Armored Floors and the owner, Tammy. A certificate of insurance was provided as soon as I requested it. Overall, Armored Floors was prompt, professional, and careful. There was virtually no odor during/after installation. The crew were Tammy's employees, not subcontracted workers. The cleanup was perfect and the crew answered my questions fully. My cost was higher than average (by about $500) because I requested a moisture barrier which is not always necessary; however, for the exceptional result and full warranty, I believe my money was very well spent. The work included repair of cracks, repair of concrete subfloor in some areas, and removal of oil (see before photo#1030147). My garage floor looks amazing (see after photo #1000061) and because of the full flake granite system and decorative flakes, the floor is not at all slippery. I recommend Armored Floors without reservation and even told Tammy that she could give my name and phone number to customers requesting references."
