"I highly recommend Easter Exteriors! I worked with Chris at Eastern to get my roof replaced. He helped me navigate the process with my insurance company to get the replacement covered by my homeowner’s insurance (which I didn’t even think was something I could do). The roof they installed exceeded the quality of my prior roof and I was given numerous options for colors, with sample boards brought to my house (and left for as long as I needed) to see the color at different times of day and in different light. The material drop-off was smooth as well, even while having to navigate around large trees in front of the house. Roof replacement took only one day from start to finish with NO surprises. Clean-up after was thorough, so much so that the crew manager (David) came back the next day to ensure everything was cleaned up since the project finished just after dark. "Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.

"Outstanding service. Our roof had been damaged in a wind storm and was missing several shingles and had some loose shingles. Eichelberger returned my call for service the same day and responded the next day for an estimate. They inspected the damaged area and checked for any additional damage that I might have missed. They provided a fair and reasonable price and were able to complete the repair that day prior to an incoming storm. Quality work (that comes from years of experience) and clean up which included walking the yard and picking up any stray shingles pieces and taking some old shingles that I had. They are a longstanding local family-owned company that has installed several roofs for my family."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
