He had to go back to City Hall to get a sanitation engineer, to come out. Of course the engineer said it was the other side of my yard. So a job that should of taken two hours or a little longer, took 5 hours due to the roots of the tree in my sewer line that he was replacing. I would recommend this man to anyone needing a plumber.
