Andres clearly explained the issue, walked us through the solution, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He was very responsive, coordinated seamlessly with our cleaner, and was mindful of our guest check-in schedule. He even returned a few days later to remove the tape and confirm everything had cured properly, which really shows the pride he takes in his work. The workmanship was solid, clean, and done with great attention to detail. The shower glass panel now feels very secure and looks great. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work and level of service. "Eric and Scotty were outstanding. Preparation work required for painting went above and beyond contract requirements. As we examined the actual “paint on” sample on the house, we asked for a shade modification and Eric went so far as to meet us at the paint store to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. A large piece of trim required removal and replacement which was done quickly and efficiently without our asking. Eric simply said “it couldn’t be fixed, so I replaced it.” We could not be more pleased with the whole process: Estimate, scheduling, preparation, completion and cleanup. "Absolute Painting was great. We met with Conrad and Yolee in the summertime and arranged for Absolute to paint our place while we were off-island in the fall. They were responsive, punctual, and professional every step of the way, even though this was probably not a big job for them. (Not a given in Maui.) Their estimate was thorough and reasonable.  I had the sense from the first visit that Conrad and Yolee cared about their work and were intent on building a business with a solid reputation, and they didn't let us down. <br /> The condo looks terrific. There are no sloppy spots-- every line is clean. When they encountered unexpected issues with the quality of the previous paint job that would impact their work, they contacted me immediately to explain the delay and the steps they were taking to fix the situation. I'm especially impressed with how nicely the louvered doors came out. And when we were underwhelmed with a color we had chosen for a border detail, Absolute Painting promptly scheduled someone to come back to repaint that area. <br /> As a final note that could be helpful to people living in apartments or condos-- we live in a really *stuffy* condo complex where residents are always complaining about one thing or another, and contractor noise is often at the top of the list. Not only have we received no complaints from the time Absolute Painting was here, but our immediate neighbors made of point of telling us how impressed the were with the Absolute Painting crew's work ethic: they came in every day on time, worked hard, didn't blast music, and got the job done well.  <br /> Definitely a A+. "Met Jon at the resort by chance in the elevator. <br /> Later he came by and gave us a quote. Carpet was $155.00 for 2 bed room, Upholstering was extra <br /> However we have a ocean front condo and lots of tile. <br /> So that always costs alot. $1.55 to $1.65 a foot I think <br /> He vacuums the rooms, cleans the floors with the machines,dusts the molding and little polish on the furniture. <br /> He has lots of projects he is working for many owners. Want him in and out so they can rent it with no restrictions. <br /> At the end he suggested hard water spots can be removed and use of LED can save lots of money and bulb replacement issues. <br /> Thats his next project for us. <br /> Thanks Jon <br /> <br />"
