Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"We are so happy we hired Alvin for our home remodel! We were very anxious going into it because we've never had remodeling work done before. Alvin, however, was trustworthy, kind, and communicative. He did a lot of the work himself, but he also brought in a team of specialists, including someone really skilled at tile work for our bathroom and fireplace tiles. He was careful not to let my indoor cats outside, and he took time to greet them each time he came to do work. My oldest cat loves him and runs over to welcome him as soon as he comes in the door."
