"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "He came the same day I called and was professional. Gave us approximate costs as he was working based on feedback he was getting on the appliance repair. Ended up in the middle of what he said it could cost. Also explained about the machine and if it needed or we wanted to replace it, what he would recommend buying in today's market. "They tried to fix it, but they needed to order a new part, but they got the wrong part. The service was done and the guy knew what he was doing. It just so happened that one of the parts was incorrect and he had to buy a new one. He was professional. Their call center and getting someone out does take a long time."
