"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. I have a AAS in Construction Technology and an AOS in Individual Studies w/ CAD. I have held various positions like Carpenter, Mason, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Development Manager, and General Manager with various firms. My real passion is building and creating things with my ingenuity and building expertise. It took a couple of days to hear back from them, but once I did they were able to schedule a time to do an estimate in relatively short order because I had a tenant moving in. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of work involved (close to 900 sq ft plus some minor repairs, trim work and doors). The finished the job very quickly (just a couple of days) and it looks amazing. Highly recommend them, just remember your walls are bigger than you think."
