Nick was extremely responsive to text when we continued to have bats inside. We went with the full house removal as suggested originally. Luckily no more bats and the 1 year guarantee is piece of mind. I would highly recommend them. Very professional."

"Don?t bother for yellow jackets or bees. Despite being ?professionals? they won?t remove trim or do anything to physically access and remove the nest, and will only treat the access point from the exterior. Could take 7-10 days to see improvement, maybe, despite being told 24-48 hours, and when you call back after no improvement it takes them another 3-4 days to schedule return visit. Save yourself the time and money and either do what they can do yourself, or call someone else who actually will remove and not just treat a nest. Not worth $30 let alone the $300 they charge. Amateurs as best."

Once my pest was identified via microscope(springtails), they continued to take my money while treating for 3 months and when not resolved, I was told that specific species was not covered under my contract and would be an additional charge. The manager Joe told me "I am not sending someone out every 3 weeks for something that is not ever going to go away". PLEASE GO WITH A COMPANY THAT VALUES THIER CUSTOMERS."

"Everything went great. Adam was a great guy and worked around my schedule (weekends). He stopped by for an inspection and cleared me to burn wood the winter, no cleaning was needed. He penciled me in for the spring/summer and recommended an upgraded damper to cut down on drafts when not in use. He even looked at the rest of my venting for hot water heater and gas fireplace in the basement. Will use him again for sure."

Dave went around the entire house and applied a metal barrier, supplemented by copper mesh. He explained everything clearly. He did trapping prior to the seal up; he called prior to each visit. There were a few other very minor things that needed to be done that he took care of without asking for additional $$$."
