She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. "All done well. Final seal on rhe deck took a while to get done (rain/wet surface delayed it). Phone contacts with road crews were the issue: did not alert us of a cancellation on a wet day they were to seal the deck, then showed up on a later date without warning or a doorbell ring when they did decide to do it. Good, hard, thorough workers, to be sure, and the office-staff phone contacts were all very responsive."
