While it did end up being worst case, his team was able to take care of it quickly and made it look good as new. Hunter even offered an easy near-fix to the main shutoff valve (a leaking old gate valve) without having to replace it, but we decided to move ahead with installing a ball valve anyway. He quickly replaced the valve and a portion of the neighboring pipe. Definitely will hire again for future work."

"Water pressure was too high causing an awful noise when toilets flushed and faucets running. Called Angi's list t I find a plumber for an estimate. 5 choices came up. Johnson Brothers was the first on the list. Called and Jacob responded immediately. He was able to come over, access the issue and repair all in the same day. Some sort of pressure valve was needed. Jacob explained every step, as if he were a surgeon explaining the procedure. He checked for leaks, there were none. Finished the procedure and no more awful noise. Plumbing issue solved all in a few hours. Very professional I every way. Highly recommend as far as work done right. Price was reasonable I suppose. But worth the no worry mentality."

I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"

"Our old system was completely shot. We weren't sure what the problem was but Gary came to our home on short notice, diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly and gave us a cost estimate with a repair date that was very quick as well. They arrived to do the repair, cleared the area needed for the work, removed the old tank and replaced it with a modern one, pulled the entire well pipe and pump which obviously was in terrible condition. They then installed a top line pump and new pipe. The new system worked flawlessly and provides pressure that we have not enjoyed in years. We are incredibly grateful to the work the crew put into completing our repair and replacement. They worked long hours and were cheerful and well-mannered through all of it.?
