He helped me file the claim and when my insurance elected to only pay for part of the repair/replacement, he went to bat for me explaining to the insurance company the need for the entire roofs replacement. Jeff's experience and knowledge in roofing was vital in my insurance companies acknowledgment that the entire roof be replaced at only the cost of my deductible. My only issue with Roofing Inc. had to do with the staff who installed the roof. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves, but they did not communicate when they would be at my house and why they weren't at my house in the middle of the installation. If this
group would have communicated better then I would be giving this company an A+.
