"It rained on the day of the appointment and Lebaron came back two days later to complete the job. We did not have to follow-up and Lebaron took care of the rescheduling. The only comment is it would have been great to know that he was at our property on the day of the appointment and when he would be back due to weather issues. This is merely a suggestion for improvement."
